RenCon celebrated the company's sixth year anniversary this past Monday, July 21st. Thank you to all the hard working employees who continue to help us grow and expand our clientele making the company successful!
The state of Milwaukee's second top grossing Family Dollar store bought two additional spaces next to it increasing the square footage from 7,800 square feet to 11,000 square. This project had to take place while the store continued to remain open. RenCon is diverse in the abilities we have to work when the client needs us, including while the business is closed as well as completing projects during normal hours while not being disruptive to the operation. The expansion space was demoed, new offices put in, 5 new HVAC units and duct work, new restrooms, sprinkler system and monitor system installed, new vestibules and store front, drywall and paint, as well as new flooring giving this Family Dollar a bigger foundation to continue to be a success.
This 1800 square foot GNC store located in River Valley Mall was completely demoed and has received a new lighting package, new HVAC unit and ductwork, new grid system and millwork, porcelain tile in the store sales area as well as at the entry, just to name a few of the projects making this a bright, fresh retail space.
Started in November 2013, this old Caribou Coffee shop has become a unique Starbuck's that makes a statement. The project straddled (3) Major Holidays combined with (3) Winter Storms which delayed the end of construction to 1/31/14. The store opening is schedule for 2/7/2014. Another fine achievement!
Claudio Forest, VP and project manager out of Texas, is managing and overseeing the build of a new Dollar Tree in Brownsburg, IN. John Bevan, superintendent on the job site, helped this 9,326 square project take off in October of 2013. With recent extreme cold and snow, there have been some delays, but the goal is to have the store completed in February 2014.

RenCon has completed construction of the new Perrysburg, OH Starbucks store! Thank you to the team for the determination and dedication in helping make this a huge success for the company.
